Bay Leaves

Bay leaves are used as a seasoning in many Greek and Mediterranean dishes.

Bay leaves has antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Bay leaf tea is used in folk medicine to stimulate digestion as well as to reduce blood sugar in type II diabetics.

Ingredients: Organic bay leaves

Use instructions: Αs a seasoning in legumes, vegetables, in recipes containing tomato.

Herbal decoction Preparation: Add 1-2gr of organic bay leaves to 150ml of hot water (at 95C˚) and steep covered for 10 minutes, strain, and add sweetener optional. Drink hot.
