In cooking it is a widely used spice especially in Italian and French cuisine.

Rosemary was already used as a medicinal plant in ancient Greece and Rome. A decoction of rosemary leaves has traditionally been used to relieve indigestion and mild spasmodic disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. It is considered that Rosemary’s action stimulates the heart, the circulatory system, the nervous system, it is effective in rheumatism and neuralgia.

Ingredients: organic Rosemary leaves.

Use instructions: As a spice is used in red meats, sauces and mainly in roasts.

Herbal tea preparation:  Add 1gr of organic Rosemary to 250ml hot water (at 95C˚) and steep covered for 4-5 minutes, strain, optionally add sweetener. Enjoy hot or cold.
